This is my first pregnancy;
1️⃣ I want to try without epidural, because i'm scared of needles and scared of any side effects. But there is a chanche that if I really can't handle the pain, I will choose for one 🙊
2️⃣ I chose for no flu vaccine, I don't believe those vaccinates helping avoid the flu. You will get the flu anyway.
I did take the kinkhoest vaccin tho 😅 because that can be more dangerous for a baby.

1. I’m taking the walking epidural, but not every hospital does that. It means you Will still feel the contractions and you can still walk around and go to the toilet etc… you can look it up for more info.
2. I also had a bad experience with COVID vaccination. Therefor I’m not taking it during my pregnancy. In the past I had high feaver and this can waken up the labor… the flu vaccin: I take this every year and never had problems. So I had mine 3 weeks ago. I only had a sore arm 🙂 you can be sick of this vaccin but if you make sure you are not sick while having the vaccin (a cold, feever, etc…) you’ll be oké 👍🏻
Sorry for the bad english 😅

I didn't feel anything from the flu vaccine, didnt have any side effect.. As for the epidural, im planning to have an unmedicated birth (in bath) but if i feel like the pain is too much or if i cant handle it i will ask for the epidural
